WELCOME TO OUR NEW RESIDENT SERVICE COORDINATOR

Resident Service Coordinator

The Everett Housing Authority would like to introduce our newest staff member, Ana Maria Velasquez. Ana Maria is the Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) for tenants within EHA’s State Aided Family Public Housing program.

As the RSC, Ana Maria will work directly with families in our public housing developments to assess their needs, refer for services and monitor such services. The RSC provides information on available resources, outreach, service coordination and case management to families including but not limited to issues with housekeeping, hoarding behavior, rental arrearage, social isolation, mental health and wellness and will ensure residents have access to public services in order to maintain financial and health stability. The RSC will serve as a bridge between community programs and residents in order to remain stably housed and in compliance with their lease.

We hope you will take advantage of the many services that Ana Maria has to offer. Her office hours are Monday – Wednesday 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM and she can be reached by email at RSC@everetthousingauthority.org or call (617) 387-6389.
